— Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the excursion will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
  • Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled excursion will be accommodated at no extra charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the excursion will be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
